Tempting Chocolate Cakes (Eggless)

Hiiii Everyone..!! Thank you so much for all your love and support. I am overwhelmed by the positive response given to my first post. Here by posting one more post.Hope you all will appreciate it too.

In First Post i have mention the recipe of chocolate cake (With Egg) now in my second post I'm mentioning the recipe of chocolate cake (Without Egg / Egg-less) for vegetarian's.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
·         2 cups Maida
·         1 tsp Baking Powder
·         1/2 tsp Soda
·         1 cup Clotted Cream (Malai)
·         1 cup Sugar powder
·         1 cup Milk Powder
·         1 cup Milk
·         1 tsp Ghee
·         1 Pinch Salt
·         4-5 drops Lemon juice
·         1 Tsp Tutti Fruti (Optional)
·         2 tsp Coco Powder
·         4 tsp Chocolate Powder
·         1 tsp Bournvita
Recipe
Prep: 15min › Cook: 1hr › Ready in: 1hr15min
  1. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda & Mix Well.
  2. In a separate bowl take all remaining ingredients and mix well or grind in grinder.
  3. Now Batter is Prepared. Now gradually add these Maida mixture and tutti fruti and mix well in one direction.
  4. Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan
  5. Pour the batter in the prepared pan and tap the pan to even it out and break the air bubbles if any.
  6. Bake it for 25-35 minutes. The first time I baked this eggless cake I checked it for doneness after 30 minutes and felt that I could have taken it out 2-3 minutes earlier.
  7. The bottom had started to brown more than it is required to. So I did that the next time and took the pan out the oven after 27 minutes itself and the cake turned out to be perfect.
  8. Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and remove the cake after 15-20 minutes. Place the cake on the rack for it to cool down completely before slicing it.
Lots of love & luck to all :-)

Tempting Chocolate Cakes

Hiiii Everyone..Welcome to my Blog.I got a fancy new site in the world of FOOD that i can't wait to show you all...Hoping you all will like & appreciate it..I am feeling immense happiness in presenting its first post. Will be glad by your response.

Lets Begin with something sweet.. Yuummy Chocolate Cake :-)

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup (192 grams.) flour
  • 1 cup (201 grams.) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (7 grams.) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (2 grams) baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons (43 grams.) cocoa
  • 1 tablespoons (15 ml.) vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml.) oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml.) vanilla essence or 2 tsp. (2ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (200 ml.) water
  • 2 eggs
Recipe
    1. Sift the dry ingredients together. The dry ingredients are: flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa. Simply place everything in a sieve and shake it back and forth over a bowl to eliminate clumps.
    2. Stir in the liquid ingredients and stir well. These are the vinegar, oil, vanilla, water and egg. Some people like to add these ingredients individually, but others stir them together in a second bowl and before adding them to the dry ingredients.
    3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch greased and floured round pan. The grease and flour will keep the mix from sticking to the pan.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees F. (175 C.) for 30 minutes.
    5. Let the cake cool for 5 min.
    6. Frost as desired.
Lots of love & luck to all :-)
